Shipping Policy
At Paceo, we work with trusted fulfillment partners to get your order to you reliably. Because we carry different product categories — skincare, supplements, and recovery equipment — delivery timelines vary depending on what you order.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Processing times may be slightly longer during high-volume periods or product launches. You'll receive a tracking confirmation email once your order ships.
Shipping Times by Product Category
Skincare products (Renewal Serum, Moisturising Day Cream, Golden Hour Body Oil, Calming Eye Cream) are made to order and typically arrive within 7–14 business days.
Supplement products (Magnesium Glycinate, Mushroom Focus Strips, Creatine Hydration Powder, Daily Collagen Peptides) typically arrive within 5–8 business days.
Recovery equipment (Flow Percussion Therapy Gun, Vibrating Recovery Roller, Reset Acupressure Mat) ships from our international fulfillment partners and typically arrives within 10–20 business days.
Multiple Shipments
Orders containing products from different categories will ship separately. You'll receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.
Shipping Rates
Standard shipping is $5.99. Free shipping on all orders over $35.
Shipping Delays
Paceo is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package shows as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend checking with neighbors or your local carrier first. Contact us at support@paceodaily.com and we'll do our best to help.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. Paceo is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
